How do you proceed?
- Fill out the form.
- You will receive your credentials which you can use to set up an account. You can start placing your orders now, but keep in mind that we can only finalize your order after doing a credit check.
- One of our account managers will contact you.
- In order to make sure that we can proceed with your purchase, we first have to do some check-ups (among others a credit check)
- Your account will be finalized so you can start purchasing in our webshop.
Frequently asked questions
Can I place an order before the credit check is done?
Do you want to place an order immediately after logging in? You can, but this order will be subject to change. The order only becomes final after we’ve done a credit check. Please keep in mind that a credit check takes about two business days. Is the credit rating positive? Then you’ll receive a final order confirmation from us by email and we’ll get to work for you right away!
What is de minimum order volume?
Othmar only supplies full cartons. Do you want to know the minimum order volume of the products of your choice? Please find more information on our webshop. The minimum freight amount depends on the final destination. You can find this information in our webshop after you’ve registered as a user. Goods can also be collected in consultation.
